Rich grew up in the small city of Springfield, IL and attended college at Western Illinois University, where he earned his Bachelor's in Communication and Master's in Sport Management. After graduating, Rich landed a job in NYC, where he sold tickets for the Knicks and Rangers. From there, he worked a number of sales jobs.

As a long time sports fan who's always had a passion for real estate, Rich is outgoing, positive, and loves building relationships and helping others. He brings a personable and professional touch to customer service by always treating clients with a genuine, warm heart. When not working, Rich can be found in a gym, playing basketball, or walking his dog at parks around Austin.
