Boil water notice in effect Due equipment failure, the West Travis County PUA, a provider of water for Hays County WCID 1 (PWS ID TX1050137) has issued a boil water notice. TCEQ has required us to issue this public notice and to tell all our customers that they should boil their water prior to consumption.
