Employnet is seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join our fabrication team in a fast-paced shop environment. This role is ideal for both entry-level candidates looking to start a hands-on career and experienced workers with a background in fabrication or assembly. You’ll play a key role in preparing and fabricating pipe used in fireproofing systems while working alongside a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the fabrication and assembly of pipe in a shop setting
Measure, cut, and prepare materials using basic arithmetic and tape measure skills
Operate and learn to use fabrication equipment, including pipe threaders
Move materials along the fabrication line and load finished products onto carts or crates for staging
Use basic hand tools safely and effectively
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
Qualifications:

Entry-level candidates welcome; prior fabrication or assembly experience is a plus
Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure accurately
Familiarity with hand tools preferred
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset with a dependable and reliable attitude
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials
Shift Available:

2nd Monday - Friday 1pm - 11:30pm

Employnet is now hiring Pulse/Mig Welders in the Kyle TX area for 1st and 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

Utilize welding techniques, including Pulse & Mig pipe welding.
Operate weld and plasma machine in order to apply welded outlet to desired pipe.
Operate hand held weld gun to apply reweld as specified.
Move pipe along table to off load onto pipe carts to transfer finished goods.
Operates pneumatic ba**er to ready pipe bundles for shipment when required.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements

Previous welding experience helpful with the ability to become certified
Proven experience in welding, with proficiency in pulse mig pipe welding.
Basic arithmetic skills required using whole numbers and decimals with the ability to read a tape measure in 1/4" increments
Shift Available:

1st - Monday - Thursday 5am- 2pm

2nd - Monday - Thursday 1pm - 11:30pm

Pay Rate:

$20.50 -$23/hr (pay rate depends on shift and experience)
