Road trips mean new finds! During last week's trek through the Texas Hill Country I discovered a restaurant called Creek in Boerne, Texas. It's situated along Cibolo Creek. And it's one of those places that can make any lunch or dinner on any day extra special.

It's an upscale atmosphere, but I felt comfortable in my ball cap and tennis shoes. I had two exquisite fish tacos that came with a small bowl of what may be the best pintos I've ever eaten. If you're anywhere near Boerne, make it a point to stop and enjoy! BEtter yet, make it a point to get yourself to Boerne asap.
