On receiving EIMA’s 2025 Project of the Year award at the EIFS Architectural Awards for their work on Villas on 24th in Austin, Texas.

This impressive 30 story residential tower near the University of Texas features nearly 500 prefabricated EIFS panels and more than 100 unique geometric designs that create a bold and dynamic look across the building’s exterior. The project reflects the innovation, craftsmanship, and collaboration that went into bringing this standout design to life.
