From a dream that they didn't know could become reality, this family became homeowners today after more than a decade in the making 🎉 This home was bigger, and the payment lower, than they thought possible, and we got a great end of year deal in their new construction beauty! 😍🏡

With a loan that was not the easiest to approve, and at times there was uncertainty, we had resolve and our team worked together to make this happen. Their lender even drove to their apartment to get rental history when they were unresponsive and we were looking like we weren't going to close, again. Delays were there, but do was faith. I thank God for this couple, and for this day. They now have their very own home, a place to nurture their family and grow, and the tears and smiles capture a thousand words.
