I just thought: "I should've posted this yesterday."
Eating healthy is not that hard. Actually, "meal-prepping" saves money AND helps you lose-weight.
Ingredients:
2-3 tbs of Sesame oil or Canola Oil
3 chicken breasts (sliced in half = 6)
Fajita Seasoning
3 broccoli heads
1 bag of sliced carrots
1tsp of salt.
Directions:
Slice chicken in half, season with fajita seasoning lightly and grill on medium heat on pan with sesame/canola oil until cooked thoroughly.
Veggies:
Bring about 5 cups of water and 1 tsp of salt to a boil, add veggies and cook until soft and firm. *Do not over cook veggies to where they are too soft, when that happens the nutrients have been "broken down" or lost partially in the water.
