Life is sticky sometimes. And other times, it just straight up BLOWS for what seems like forever.

Until one day it doesn’t.

Not because every ounce of discomfort leaves your life (say hi to the human experience, it’s full of discomfort), but because something changes on the inside.

That’s the moment, that’s the magic. The “ohhh, you know what? I WILL survive this.” Not intellectually, but somatically. In your body.

The knowingness that, “yes things are hard, AND I got this.”

Knowingness is different from using your thinking mind to rationalize your okayness.

Knowingness is the experience of peace when you’re connected to your power.

2025 has been a whirlwind for a lot of us. We have 3 months left, let’s love the s**t out of them ❤️

Sharing this practice is one of the greatest gifts of this lifetime ❤️

ATX babes!! Our monthly Breath & Somatic Healing Circle is happening this Thursday, August 28th (max 10 people).

In this space, we focus on nervous system healing, feeling safe in the body & nervous system attuned emotional release.

Instead of intensity and overwhelm, you can expect deep nourishment and a deeper regulated connection to your body.

This month’s theme and contemplation is about “softening into trust” and how we can experience this energy in the body.

After 5 days of space holding, I am reminded once again of how much I love this work.

It brings me back to myself every time. I sprinkle fairy dust & love, and I remind people of the power that’s been within them all along. We are all just walking each other home.

What a gift it is to *see* people for their hearts & souls. I’ve never met a soul that doesn’t shine.

To every individual who has opened their heart to me along this journey — I love you. Truly. I can’t not. I can’t see your soul & not love you. Its impossible. You are so beautiful & I feel so blessed to witness you. Thank you. I believe in all that you are because I see you for all that you are.

This was my 4th retreat as a cohost & facilitator. Over 1000 souls have received energy healing from me in this lifetime.

What a gift it is to express my love in this way.
