"I took my first Pilates class when I started working at a studio in 2017. I instantly fell in love with the workout and how it made my body feel. I grew up doing dance and gymnastics so finding a way of movement that made me feel connected to that again felt amazing.

Thanks to some encouragement from my former studio owner, I embarked on my certification journey in 2017 and proudly completed it in 2018!

Since moving to Austin three years ago, I struggled to find a studio that felt as welcoming and supportive with rockstar instructors until I found ATX Pilates.

In my free time you can usually find me on a walk with my pup Duck, at Zilker, or near a body of water."
