Finally back with a new blog post! I'm excited to dive back into new posts and I wanted to come back with an exciting dish that everyone should have in their repertoire, Poke Bowl!

Who could use a Pisco Party this week? I know I could.

2 oz Pisco
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Add pisco, lime juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker and shake till frothy.

Add ice and shake till chilled, strain and serve immediately, garnish with Angostura Bitters.

Continuing in the pursuit of perfect sourdough.

A few weeks ago I decided to make some bread for the neighborhood after the winter storm in Austin.
