Smoked duck at Hudson’s is truly next level 🔥😍 My rub consisted of juniper berries, coriander seed, garlic, salt and pepper. All fresh ground and rubbed then render the skin down before we smoke with pecan in our amazing walk in smoker. Melts in your mouth with flavors out of this world 😘
