In the off hours of building and tending other people's gardens, I managed to get this built and planted. I covered it during the ice storm and it is finally producing food for both humans and pollinators.
Wondering what to do about the freeze? Here is some info. TLDR I like to cut back anything that has turned into a melted mush but leave the leaves and wait to cut back frozen plants until the last threat of a freeze has passed so the plants are not stimulated by cutbacks to push new growth that might get frozen if we get another freeze. This video is pretty short.

I really love the crispness that exact even spacing creates, so I use square tube spacers, similarly to how people use tile spacers.

I got to try out the hauling capacity of the Rivian AND use a bobcat, which made working in the full sun far more enjoyable.
