Also so excited for John & Kashmir, first time homebuyers, who were able to sign a builder contract on a Manor home that is almost complete and will be done in perfect time for when their lease is up. Builders are sold out pretty much everywhere in our area and have long wait lists, so this was a huge win! 🎉🏠🥂

Congratulations to Brad & Katie!!! They bought a gorgeous fully remodeled home and after a slight delay due to power outages and the crazy Ice Age storm we went through, they are proud new homeowners! They weren’t even looking for a pool, but bonus! They got one! So excited for them 🥂🍾🏡
