Job description:
This is a full-time remote role for an Outbound Sales Operations Associate at Optim Teams. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to outbound sales operations, including managing prospect lists, conducting outbound sales calls, providing support to sales representatives, and tracking sales performance. The associate will also collaborate to develop and implement outbound sales strategies.

Qualifications:
Strong sales skills and experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Experience in outbound sales operations and lead generation
