🦋It challenges your body more than an indoor workout. In the gym, you’re in a climate-controlled environment. Outside your body is in the elements and the intensity of your workout automatically goes up! We get extra challenges from the wind, humidity, heat, & cold. We’re constantly having to adjust and work harder due to the daily obstacles the outdoors throws at us, which makes you stronger physically & mentally.
