Six homes.
One incredible client.
And a journey I will always be grateful for.

Yesterday was our sixth closing together, and every one of them tells a story. We started with an incredibly challenging remodel that included a terrible contractor, a flood, and even a few legal situations. Not exactly for the faint of heart.

We sold a home on one of the busiest streets in South Austin by getting creative, yes, free tacos included. From there, we sold a property off market, all cash, never even hitting the MLS, and closed in days from keys to close. We found a one-of-a-kind property with a giant barn backing to a protected cave preserve that enhances daily life. We also sold a couple of long-time family homes filled with history and heart.

Every listing received multiple offers and sold in nine days or less.

Real estate is not just about houses. It is about navigating real life, solving problems, and standing beside someone through moments that are both exciting and deeply emotional.

And after six closings like this, a tiara was absolutely required to officially crown her Queen, by her own royal decree. 👑
