Finished!!! With the cuffs that is.... I'm going to work on the matching skirt hem while I think about the best way to put paillettes around the center front and bottom back edges of this piece.

I've been meaning to post an update on this shrug and tribal skirt combo for a bit now. The 4-way stretch velvet burn-out was just as difficult as I thought to work with (very difficult!) But since each piece only has 1 to 2 seams each, it wasn't miserable. Blue beads and sequins are in the mail. Stay tuned!

This silver leopard burn out just begged to be paired with royal blue. I happened to have this trim but I'm going to see what kind of seed beads and paillette sequins are available.

Curtain complete! So happy with how this turned out, and happy that I could help preserve this curtain and aid my local belly dance community. I love these ladies and this has been a fun yet challenging project. ❤️
