We are seeking customer support professionals with experience in the Hydroponics/Grow Equipment industry. Our company offers wholesale grow equipment through our eCommerce website to large facilities across North America.
2 years of experience required. Must be tech-savvy & comfortable learning new software.
In order to succeed you will need to be personable, possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with all different kinds of people, and have very good follow up and relationship building skills. You will be helping our clients access over 10,000 products available at 8 distribution centers. Great potential for advancement with a growing company.
As a customer support specialist, you will be reporting directly to the company managers. Must be comfortable with multi-tasking, problem-solving, using VOIP phone systems, email, Microsoft Office, & CRM.
*Compensation
This position offers /per hour and benefits available at the end of 60 days of employment.
Once established, this position offers the opportunity for advancement after four to six months.
