Good Evening My Regal Muses! I know it’s late but I have to take an accountability for my actions. As some of you may have noticed we recently welcomed a new family member. But what I need to address lays completely at my own feet as the Owner and CEO of this business. Between December and January I took on 3 large orders that I shouldn’t have. What I didn’t make public was in mid December I became extremely ill. If you’ve been following me for a while you know that I suffer from several chronic illnesses as well as Major Depression, PTSD, and 3 types of anxiety. December 19th I became unreachable as well as unable to work on any of my orders. I updated those that had open orders and tried to just get better as soon as I could so that I could get back to work. January 6th 2025 I decided I had rested enough and kept my clients waiting long enough. I ignored the signs from my body that I was not well but I pushed through because I felt obligated to those that trusted me with their support and their money to provide the service requested. That was the wrong thing to do. Because I didn’t pay attention I’ve done the one things I swear I’d never do. Compromise my integrity and work ethic all in the name of proud. I’m not to admit that but it’s the truth. I let clients waiting far too long for the products they trusted me to deliver, on time. Even though there is a medical emergency clause within my policies I still didn’t handle the entire situation correctly. I want to sincerely and deeply apologize to the clients that were affected. All orders still outstanding will be shipped by Shipping Day this Saturday 2/ 22/25 and tracking numbers will be provided. I understand that this will turn some off from ever working with me again and that is my fault. I compromised my integrity and did not provide the highest possible standard of service that I hold myself too. This has been a true learning experience. Over the next few days and weeks new policies and procedures will be implemented so this never happens again. As owner I am so sorry that I have tarnished your experience with my business.
