Hello spring 👋
Our braised leeks, morel mushrooms and sauce gribiche are one of my ultimate comfort bites this time of the year. Oh! And an anchovy for good measure 😉
Restaurant week starts today. Every year we get tons of calls asking if we are participating. And every year the answer is no. Here is a BTS about our decision to not participate.
