Just some stills from the temporary Carnival set up at the Aurora Town Center. I was out practicing with the Nikon Zr and a 35 mm Zeiss Otis MR. This is a setup I primarily want to use for video with the Nikon’s Red codec. But I thought I would see how it handled stills too. The Zeiss is a manual focus lens which I really enjoy. But I also loved cars with manual transmissions too 😉.

Couple shots of Bear Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park captured on our recent visit. Pleasant little one mile hike around the lake. Lots of tourists and the Park Service uses timed entry by permit to get in. Still it’s popular for a reason. Very beautiful area.
