Colorado Staffing Solutions has an immediate opening for a dedicated bi-lingual (English/Spanish) professional. This Account Manager position offers hourly pay and an opportunity to move into a Base Salary. If you are looking for a challenging, fast-paced, yet fun position. We are looking for both part-time and full-time employees.



The Account Manager within our organization is responsible for all aspects of an assigned client, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for open client positions (clerical, hospitality, industrial and medical). In addition to this, you will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, data entry, filing, etc. Account Managers visit client locations, meeting both our employees and our clients. We are looking for individuals interested in building a long-term career with our company. Prime candidate would be able to demonstrate a solid job history!



REQUIREMENTS



*Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal)

*Must be able to read, write and speak ENGLISH AND SPANISH

*Must have a strong sense of urgency and desire to be successful in your position

*Own transportation is REQUIRED

*Must be computer literate and proficient in Windows software (Outlook, Excel)



Job Duties:



Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained

Answering incoming phone calls

Visiting Client locations
