In the Bible God's voice is described as almost like a whisper at some parts, in others it's thunderous. Hearing God’s "whisper"—often described as a still, small voice—requires intentionally quieting the mind to tune out daily distractions. It is typically experienced as an internal prompting, a gentle nudge, or a deep sense of peace.

Hearing God's whisper takes patience, self-discipline, and practice. As you spend more time in relationship with Him, recognizing His unique voice becomes more natural. People who practice listening for this voice often describe it as an inner prompting, a strong sense of peace, or a Bible verse that suddenly resonates deeply with their current life situation.

The Weekly Word is The Gift of Time

Psalm 90:12 “Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.”

Time is not just something to manage, it is something to cherish. As we approach each moment in time we must take every opportunity to grow, love, and draw closer to God. Life is not about rushing through the days but about savoring the moments with God and others we love.

Prayer – Lord, thank You for the time You have given me to live with others and You. May I live each day with joy and purpose giving You my best every day.
