🚶♂️ Walking technique check: Are you creating pain with each step?
Improve your walking mechanics with these 4 adjustments:
1. Land midfoot, not heel-first (reduces impact)
2. Keep shoulders relaxed, not hunched forward
3. Engage core slightly to support lower back
4. Allow arms to swing naturally opposite to legs
Proper walking mechanics can prevent knee, hip, and back pain by distributing forces evenly throughout your body!
