We’re probably one of the only spots around Augusta serving lobster rolls made with ALL fresh tail, knuckle & claw meat all weekend long.

Some places use only claw & knuckle. Some use frozen product, which is still good — just not the same quality and definitely not the same cost. Fresh tail meat is way more expensive, but in my opinion it’s worth every penny.

Honestly, we probably have the most expensive lobster roll around right now… and I’m completely fine with that.

After 20 years cooking seafood, I can absolutely taste the difference, and I think you will too.

I’m sure you’ll see some $14.99 lobster rolls popping up soon. Nothing wrong with that. They can still be delicious. But it’s not the same product.
