Sweet potato waffles. 2 eggs, half of a half pint jelly jar of canned sweet potato mush with sweet potato pie spices toned down, cup of flower, sweetener to taste (mine is brown sugar about quart cup) , half a cup of yogurt and a dash of oil (I used olive oil). Butter the mold iron very generously.
