The Event Staff positions in Waterville are responsible for serving, bussing, and cleaning up in various departments in a well-respected institution in Waterville. The Medical Biller in Augusta is responsible for all insurance billings for company programs. This includes billing, posting payments received, calling insurance companies as needed, billing private insurance as well as Medicaid & Medicare, tracking authorizations, follow up on non payments/inaccurate payments, and other miscellaneous billing and administrative duties as needed. This is a full time position that offers 1st shift hours, Monday - Friday.

What We Need From You:

-HS Diploma or equivalent.

-Detail oriented & accurate.
-Excellent time management skills.
-Motivated & eager to learn.
-Prior billing, bookkeeping, and/or AR/AP experience is a huge plus however company is willing to train.

The Production Worker positions in Augusta are responsible for assisting in various roles throughout the warehouse. Flexible scheduling with availability for part time or full time hours, Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm. You will provide support to the handwork department by folding, collating, packaging, and other related tasks. You may also be trained alongside machine operators to provide support during machine operation. If you are looking to learn a variety of new skill sets this may be the job for you!

The Per Diem Events position is responsible for helping out at events at various events in both Augusta and Waterville. These are part-time positions that allow for a completely flexible, customizable schedule. Every event is different, and you will do everything from setting up tables, serving, concessions, picking up trash, and doing the dishes. You will provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment. If you’re looking for flexible hours and want to work in a close knit team, this may be the job for you! If you don't have plans April 19th-21st, this is going to be our next huge event, but there are events just about every week of the year.

Be able to stand for at least 8 hours at a time
Be comfortable bending, lifting and twisting
