Meet the distinguished members and leaders of Ladies Who Golf 🗝️

Dr. Sherron Sanders is a retired educator, executive leader, consultant, and Founder & CEO of FertilizHER Soul, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women and girls through education, mental health advocacy, and personal development. She holds a Ph.D. in Executive Leadership, a Master of Counseling, and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Journalism with a concentration in Speech Communication.

With decades of leadership across the public and private sectors, Dr. Sanders has led initiatives in education, strategic development, community outreach, and nonprofit leadership. She also serves as Executive Director of the Atlanta Fashion Polo Classic, supporting the Ride to the Olympics Foundation and its mission to introduce underserved youth to equestrian sports. A lifelong servant leader and 37-year member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., her commitment to community impact earned her the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award.

As a proud Ladies Who Golf Ambassador, Dr. Sanders champions leadership, wellness, philanthropy, and sisterhood. After a life-changing neurological condition ended her competitive tennis career, she found healing and renewed purpose through golf. Today, she is passionate about ensuring women feel welcomed and empowered on and off the course. Beyond her accomplishments, she treasures her family and the joy of being a wife, mother, and “Gammie” to her beloved Grandsonshine.
