📌 Join Our Team – Medical Receptionist

We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice and support our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
    •    Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude
    •    Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out
    •    Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
    •    Handle insurance verification and basic billing support
    •    Assist with other administrative duties to keep the office running smoothly

Qualifications:
    •    Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred (but not required)
    •    Strong communication and customer service skills
    •    Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
    •    Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems
    •    A team player with a positive and professional demeanor
