Let’s talk real quick about why file types matter when you're getting something printed. 👇

We love when customers send us their artwork — but not all file types are created equal!

Here’s a quick cheat sheet:

✅ .AI / .EPS / .SVG – These are vector files. They scale up to the size of a billboard without losing quality. These are our favorites!

✅ .PDF – Can be great if exported correctly. Clean, crisp, and usually safe for printing.

⚠️ .JPG / .PNG – These are raster files. They’re made of pixels, so they can get blurry if we have to enlarge them too much. Good for web... risky for big signs.

🚫 Screenshots / social media downloads – These are usually low-res. They look fine on your phone but fall apart when we go to print.

💡 Pro tip: If your logo looks fuzzy or pixelated, we probably need the original vector file — not something grabbed off Google or Facebook.

We’re always happy to check your file and let you know what will work best! The better the file, the better your final product will look. Crisp in = crisp out.
