HEAT ADVISORY – NOW IN EFFECT: A Heat Advisory is in effect 11 AM Monday, June 22, 2026 through 11 PM Wednesday, June 24, 2026 for much of King, Snohomish, Pierce, and Kitsap counties, including Seattle and surrounding areas.

Expect highs in the 80s to low 90s, with warm overnight lows in the mid 50s–low 60s.

Impacts: Increased risk of heat-related illness, especially for vulnerable populations and those without cooling.

Safety tips:
🌡️ Drink plenty of water
🌡️ Stay in air-conditioned or shaded areas
🌡️ Avoid peak heat outdoor activity when possible
🌡️ Wear light, loose clothing
🌡️ Never leave children or pets in vehicles
🌡️ Take frequent breaks if working outdoors
