Cancer Hope and Support Group

The Cancer Hope and Support Group in Auburn is unique to our area – in fact, it may be the only group of its kind in the country. For more than two decades, group meetings have provided emotional support and shared insight for cancer patients and their caregivers. Those that attend our meetings come from many surrounding communities, including online from other states, to take advantage of the resources and information that we provide.

In person or online via Zoom, participation helps guide and inform participants during their journey from diagnosis through treatment and beyond. The goal is to enhance their decision making and preserve the quality of their lives. We furnish these services at no cost to participants. Since 2015 the Group has been an independent nonprofit organization, with a dedicated Board of Directors to manage our operation. We depend on donations to sustain us.
