I often see men in a way not many others ever do or ever will. When I say they touch my heart and make me shed a tear I wholeheartedly mean that. They show up with quiet strength, steady hands, and so much love. 💙

As a doula, I have the privilege of witnessing the beautiful moments that often go unseen. The nervous pacing, the whispered encouragement, the hand holding through contractions, the first tears when they meet their baby, and the overwhelming love that fills the room.

Fatherhood begins long before the first diaper change. It begins with showing up, supporting, protecting, and loving through every step of the journey.

To all the dads and partners who advocate, encourage, and stand beside their growing families, thank you. Your presence matters more than you know, and the bond you are building starts from the very beginning. 🤍

One of my favorite parts of being a doula is postpartum visits. 🤍👶✨

There is something so special about walking back into a home and seeing mom gaining confidence, baby growing, and everyone settling into their new rhythm together.🫶🏽🏡

From feeding support 🤱 to emotional encouragement 💕, these appointments are a reminder that care doesn’t stop after birth.

Seeing healthy moms, sleepy babies 😴, and hearing “we’re doing good” makes my heart so full. 🥹🥰

It was truly an honor working with Sarah and her crew.
She was a great mentor to all of us, understandably though she is on to new things in her new town. She is truly missed.

So that leaves Laura and I in the Auburn/Opelika area and LaTonya in the Columbus area. Our schedules fill up so fast so don’t wait until the last minute to find your doula. Rest assured though we always have each others back and work as a team help each other out.
