Think about one thing you learned about someone else today…it could have been about a: friend, stranger, family member, teammate, colleague, significant other, acquaintance, etc. Maybe someone opened the door for someone else and because you saw that interaction you learned that that person showed respect for someone else, or maybe you never knew something about a family member’s past/skills/funny moments, etc.

Now think about something you learned about yourself today…maybe you are handling your emotions better than you did previously, learned a new skill from a teammate, gained new perspective about a project, found out your patience has improved, etc.

So often we get busy and forget about the things we learn during our day about others and ourselves. It’s really interesting when you take a moment to look at how others impact your life…either directly or indirectly and it’s also amazing how much you keep learning about your greatness…discovering things about…YOU every day.

Keep MAKING A DIFFERENCE.
