Meet Koa🐽 Dr. Westbrook performed a surgical castration on him a couple weeks ago! Castration involves making a cut to the skin of the sc***um, and the te**es are removed by cutting the spermatic cord✂️ This procedure is usually done to reduce aggression toward other pigs and owners.
