Many cities have proven that remediation of abandoned buildings greatly reduces crime and violence for the surrounding area. Atlantic City buildings falling or boarded up and those in need of repair will be addressed and determined why. Boarded buildings will be repaired and fixed for use. This is one of my initiatives to help our city flourish.

All casino employees, including front and back of house, deserve a livable wage. My proposal is that employers with more than 75 employees will pay a minimum of $18/hr to PT/FT employees. This will increase a family’s income to $74,800/yr with 2 adults working FT. This initiative would also increase homeownership for our residents.
