Congratulations to Ph.D. student Mani Deepika Vakkalanka, who received a Georgia Bio Innovation Summit top poster award for her presentation entitled "A novel diagnostic method for the detection and quantitation of paralytic shellfish poisoning in humans" today.

CONGRATULATIONS to the recipient of the 2019 – 2020 Hewitt T. Matthews Graduate Student Award, Ms. Aboagyewaah (“AB”) Oppong- Damoah. Ms. Oppong-Damoah’s accomplishments as a 4th-year graduate student are remarkable and include (among many other things), authorship on five peer-reviewed, primary research papers—AB was first author of three of them.
