Get into this 90’s inspired loc style. It’s was so fun to create this look. Being that I am a 90’s kid, I used to love when my mom and aunts came thru with them hard updos.

We used a variety of flexi rods for the back to create a wavy look. For the popcorn ponytail we used perm rods.
