They knew exactly what they wanted, and it was to build! We found the one, went under contract and closed! The building process is longer than usual right now, rates sent went up and I had to fight to get it lower, but we made it to the closing table!! Sooooo who got next?! Who ready to 💚🔑💚

I’m late, but this beautiful estate is officially SOLD and CLOSED! When I first got the referral to work with my clients I knew this was the one for them before even officially meeting them and taking them out to look at houses. But after coming back to the market, it quickly went right back under contract. So we looked at another house that same weekend but it just wasn’t the one. Welllll when it’s meant to be it will ALWAYS be!! So this beauty came back to the market again while I was out for my normal Taco Tuesday outing (if you didn’t know I LOVE tacos and Taco Tuesday - and yes I was working while I was out 😂) I quickly texted the agent and set something up to see the home the very next morning! I went to see it with my contractor (also the one who referred them to me) and we FaceTimed our clients and I was like “ummmm I found YOUR house!” Did a tour via FaceTime with wifey, went back later that day with hubby and he fell in LOVE!! I knew he would! It checked off allllll the boxes! We submitted the offer…had to wait out the weekend…and due to our VERY short contingencies and the ability to close quickly we beat out the other offers and it was over with!! This was one of the quickest and smoothest deals I’ve done! Everything moved quickly we only saw 2 houses and submitted ONE offer after only working with each other two weeks. We had the clear to close a week before our 15 day close on top of all that! What can I say when it’s meant for you everything just falls into place exactly how it’s meant to…plus they had a KEY on their side!! So happy for my clients and can’t wait to see what my contractor does with the upgrades and the basement! Sooooooo who got next?! Who ready to ?! My team and I are ready when you are! 💚🔑💚
