His background spans armed and unarmed protective services, private investigations, crisis response, and decades of advanced martial arts training.

Certified in executive protection, armed security, and emergency response, Ken brings a composed approach to high risk environments, earning recognition for leadership, discretion, and performance under pressure. He continues to pursue advanced training to remain at the forefront of protective operations.

Q. What attracted you to join Draco Group?

A. I love the camaraderie and the care given to each of us by all of us.

Q. What made you want to get into this career field?

A. A care for making a difference protecting those that need protected.

Q. What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

A. I am a big jeep and computer guy on my downtime, I am a gamer and do 3d printing on the computer along with getting out on trails in my jeep when I can.

Q. What is something people would be surprised to learn about you?

A. I am 6’8”, I obsesses about family and my jeep. I want to ride the Oregon Trail from start to finish one day.

Q. What is one piece of advice you’d give to someone new getting into this career field?

A. Remember teamwork is very important and stay active and train daily.

Meet Agent Morgan! .morgan brings over eight years of military and private-sector security experience to Draco Group. A United States Marine Corps Reserve Veteran and former Corporal, he served as a Motor Transport Operator with combat deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. His background includes international operations across the Baltics, mounted security team assignments, and roles such as Machine Gunner and Assistant Platoon Commander.

Phillip is certified in CPR/AED, TCCC, and Combat Lifesaver protocols, and has completed advanced training in marksmanship, land navigation, terrorism awareness, leadership, and multiple martial disciplines including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Judo. He maintains language proficiency in English, Russian, and Spanish, enhancing his operational versatility.

Recognized for valor under pressure, Phillip received the Combat Action Award and the Vigilant Performance Under Pressure commendation. He continues to exemplify Draco Group’s standards of discipline, readiness, and professional protection.

A. Draco Group has given me the opportunity to provide for my family while fulfilling my purpose to protect and serve others in my community.

Q. What made you want to do this line of work?

A. I wanted to take the discipline and training I gained in the military and use it to provide real protection for people who need it.

Q. What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

A. Outside of work I enjoy training martial arts, traveling, and riding my bike.

Q. What’s something people would be surprised to learn about you?

A. I think that people would be surprised to know that I am going to school to become a therapist.

A. One piece of advice I have for someone new getting into this career field is to stay alert, even when things seem routine.
