We are at home this year due to passing a cold around and Nash’s immune system, but I had to at least get Haddie dressed up for her first Easter! 🐣

🌟 Feel content with your family’s sleep situation. Even if it doesn’t look like others’ or how you’ve heard it “should” look like.
🌟Allow the other parent in your house to take over. Even one solid night of sleep in the midst of a tough time can be a game changer.
🌟Make changes. If your current habits are no longer serving you, there are always ways to make changes in a way that fits your child’s temperament and your parenting style.
🌟Be in survival mode. You don’t have to be content and you don’t have to change anything either. You can accept survival mode until you’re ready to be proactive.
🌟Ask for help. With sleep or otherwise.
🌟Feel zero guilt. Remember sleep is not a moral issue and it’s not an indication of your worth as a parent. Whatever your personal choices surrounding sleep, feel proud that you’re doing the best for your family with zero guilt!
