The 3rd quarter and the second half of the year started today (July 1).

Typically, there would be a lot of momentum around staying motivated in career, business, and life and lots of motivating posts to push harder and produce more; especially to those who had a slow start during the first 6 months of the year.

But today feels different.

Instead of pushing you to produce more or bigger, today let’s challenge each other to think about how we can build better community and family support as we navigate the rest of the year.

If you’ve been watching the news you know we may be in for a wild ride the remainder of the year. The real estate market, rising numbers again within the pandemic, new illnesses emerging, and fears of financial ebbs and flows in the market have all been in the news cycle over the last few months.

How can we collectively prepare as a community for what may come? How can we prepare our families? How are you preparing yourself?
