Yes. When Charles Brewer developed the land in 2001 it was a risky proposition - turning a brownfield in a rough part of town into a thriving community.
I was betting on Charles to succeed, so I bought his first 3 lots in Glenwood Park that year. He mentioned there was this thing called the “BeltLine” hoping to run along side Bill Kennedy Way.
The hopes have materialized. The BeltLine surge has brought scores of restaurants and retail and energy to the neighborhood.
