Even through tough times im still handling business and getting stuff done. This deal was one of those deals where I definitely had to stay on top of and help the homeowner. He had a non paying tenant that ended up passing away, dealt with another person posing as me that wasted his time, and some minor issues with the closing attorney.
I added value to this seller by staying by his side during the whole process and then offering to clear out the house at no cost to him so that we can get top dollar that he was looking for.
Sold it and closed in 3 weeks.

With the help of my mentee, Irvy Diaz, we were able to help this seller get fair market value for his property. His family has been recently dealing with being in and out of the hospital so I’m sure the money would be used towards medical bills, etc. This property needed work and he was not going to put any more into it to fix it up. That’s where we came in.
Was able to get him a fair price for the house and deal with all the issues so he doesn’t have to.
