Better late than never— I hope all of the mothers had a wonderful Mother’s Day. We made this almond vanilla flavored cake for a Mother’s Day celebration. It was filled with chocolate mousse, sweet dream, and covered in chocolate ganache!

We just love a mini cake! This one was moist strawberry cake sandwiched between rich and fluffy strawberry cream cheese all covered in signature buttercream and sprinkled with our homemade strawberry crunch topping.
