Chef Lee’s Pork Ribs. Barbecue pork ribs are a classic Southern favorite that seem especially right during the dog days of summer. Chef Lee starts with a generous “half rack” of premium pork ribs, slow cooked to lock in flavor. The tender, meaty ribs are topped with our own made-from-scratch barbecue sauce. The sauce is a secret treasured family recipe that was perfected by Louis Squire’s cousin, Roy Johnson, of Atkinson, North Carolina. Our ribs are on the menu this Saturday and Sunday. Enjoy summertime eating at its best!

One of our favorite Southern classics deserves a little spotlight! Our Shrimp Creole features six plump shrimp served over a bed of white rice and topped with our rich, tomato-based Creole sauce that's made from scratch fresh every day.

This Louisiana favorite is full of bold, comforting flavor and has quickly become a guest favorite for good reason.

Refreshing Summer Salads! The dog days of summer have come early this year. Happily, the harvests from Southern farms are bursting with flavor. Our partners in all things fresh, Sherry’s Produce, are providing our skilled salad makers with choice ingredients. Cantaloupes, watermelons, strawberries and peaches are all plentiful and refreshing.

Magnolia Room will be closed on Saturday, July 4th, so that our employees can spend the holiday with their families. This is one of 6 paid holidays that we proudly offer for our employees. Thanks to your patronage, we can give our hard-working associates a well-deserved day off.
