(formerly the CNN Center) during its final hard hat tour before reopening ahead of . From the iconic broadcast studios that shaped global news to the commissioned artwork celebrating Atlanta’s culture, every detail reflects thoughtful storytelling and historical transformation.

As experience designers, we walk into spaces with a different lens—evaluating not only what exists, but the possibilities. Inspired by its vision of “Where Atlanta Works, Eats, and Meets,” the new development is redefining an Atlanta landmark while honoring the legacy of Ted Turner and the history that made it iconic.
