The SFGE Hotel Block opens Thursday, October 23rd at 2:00 PM — set those alarms! Rooms go fast every year, so don’t miss your chance to grab one early.

This year, we’ll be using Passkey for hotel reservations. Please note that a one-night, non-refundable deposit will be charged on July 1st, 2026.

When booking, you may see your room listed as “Run of House.” If you have a preferred room type, be sure to indicate it (King or Double) in the Requested Room Type field at the bottom of the Guest Information page during checkout.

In addition to the Waverly, we’ll also have a few nearby hotel options available outside of the Passkey system.
