Jordan's first flight!!

This weekend, Dr. Howell was generous enough to take some of our staff members on a quick trip to NOLA. This was Jordan's very first flight and it was so cool to have Dr. Howell as her pilot - talk about FIRST CLASS!

Jordan, CMA has been with us for almost two years! You may know her as Dr. Faulkner's evil twin or provider assistant.

I wanted to provide an update on our IT issues that we have been having for the last several weeks.
We are running at about 90% -- we are having some difficulties with our incoming fax but hope to have a solution (*fingers crossed today*) soon.

Reminder that if you are emailing -- it is not coming our way.

Our general info email is now, [email protected] -- please make sure you update our contact information and reach out for any questions.

Holiday Hours -- our building has changed some things up on us.
Our office will be closed 12/23 at Noon, 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 at Noon, 01/01, and 01/02.

If you need a December medical, please call today 404-565-0870 and get on our schedule next week!

We are working diligently to get the medicals out, invoices out, and to respond to your emails.

If your emails have been bouncing back - you are probably using ".com" -- those emails are no longer being forwarded.

Our general info email is "[email protected]". Please be sure to save the new email address if you have not already done so.

If you are having trouble with our website, take out the "www".
I am unclear as to why this changed but just type, "av8rmed.com" and it should pull us right up.
There you can schedule or change your appointment. You can check out our FAQs section and will find links to different resources pertaining to conditions and medication.

!!! Phone lines are currently down !!!

Hi! Our office has been experiencing major IT issues since Oct 30, 2025 -- our emails have been spotty, our fax/scan is NOT working, our phones are NOT working. We are not able to check VM, answer calls, or make outbound calls. We are using a neighbors WIFI and have had several techs out.
The general info email, [email protected] is finally back up with some minor glitches, please contact us there first.

Our website is available for scheduling and there are links available to answer any FAQs, resources, and authorization forms.
