Here is some bar path work during a recent leg session. I'm trying my best to keep a vertical bar path throughout my squats.
It's so easy to let the weight control you during resistance training. I always tell my clients that it is important for YOU to control the weight. Most think of weight lifting as simply moving said resistance from point A to point B, which is not always the case. I suggest lowering the weight, focusing on proper positioning and dialing in your movement pattern with correct form. Your overall performance will improve with practice.
